Specific Skill Requirements

• Solid agricultural education
• Solid experience in horticulture techniques (irrigation, fertigation)
• Solid experience in leading supervisors and workers in the field

• Ability to live in a simple and remote environment (on site employee guesthouse with kitchen available or living in town of Jember / Bondowoso)
• Openness for foreign cultures and foreign languages (English)

Required Level of Education & Experiance

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy
• Min. 4-5 years experience in agriculture as agronomist

Language Requirements

• Bahasa (Spoken & Written : Native)
• English : Spoken (Proficient), Written (Good Knowledge)
